Accessibility
Last updated: October 13, 2026
KnektLab is committed to making our website and app usable by as many people as possible, including people who use assistive technology.
Our goal
We aim to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at Level AA across the KnektLab website, web app and mobile app.
What we do
- Test pages with automated accessibility checks on every update.
- Test key journeys with a keyboard only and with screen readers (NVDA, VoiceOver and TalkBack).
- Respect your device settings for reduced motion and larger text.
Using KnektLab without voice
KnektLab is voice-first, but every practice session can also be completed by typing. The coach's spoken replies are shown as text captions, and you can review a full transcript after each session.
Known limitations
Voice delivery feedback (such as pace and pauses) needs audio from your microphone. If you practise by typing, or switch this feedback off, you still get full feedback on your content and structure.
Status
We believe KnektLab partially conforms to WCAG 2.2 AA, and we are working to close the remaining gaps. Partially conforms means some parts of the content do not yet fully meet the standard.
Tell us about a barrier
If something on KnektLab doesn't work for you, please email accessibility@knektlab.com. Tell us the page and what happened. We aim to reply within 2 business days, and we can provide information in another format on request.
